ReturnLoop provides a service that enables hair professionals and service-based businesses to request client reviews after completed appointments via service-related SMS communications and a branded review page.

ReturnLoop is intended for business use only. By using the service, you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of the business registering for the service.

You agree to use ReturnLoop only for lawful, legitimate service-related communications and in accordance with applicable data protection and electronic communications laws.

ReturnLoop is not a CRM, booking system, appointment management platform, or marketing broadcast tool. The service is designed solely to:

• Send a post-appointment SMS review request
• Provide a branded page presenting the business and completed work
• Enable clients to leave reviews on selected platforms
• Enable clients to share their experience via messaging or social channels

ReturnLoop does not guarantee review volume, client responses, or business outcomes. Results depend on client behaviour and business practices.

All messages sent using ReturnLoop must relate to services already provided to the client. The business remains responsible for:

• Ensuring client contact details are accurate
• Ensuring an appropriate lawful basis or consent exists for messaging
• The content and appropriateness of communications sent on its behalf

ReturnLoop may use shared service numbers solely as a technical delivery mechanism for SMS communications sent on behalf of businesses.

When using ReturnLoop:

• The business acts as the data controller
• Booking Butler Ltd acts as the data processor

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement. Businesses remain responsible for complying with their own data protection obligations.

ReturnLoop is provided on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing frequency, and any trial periods are as displayed on the website at the time of purchase or agreement. Unless stated otherwise:

• Fees are charged in advance
• Prices exclude VAT where applicable

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Pricing changes will not affect the current billing period.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if:

• These Terms are breached
• The service is used unlawfully or inappropriately
• Required fees remain unpaid

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

We aim to provide a reliable and continuously improving service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. ReturnLoop may be updated, modified, or improved from time to time. Features may be amended or withdrawn where required for operational, legal, or security reasons.

ReturnLoop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Booking Butler Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses
• We are not liable for loss of business, revenue, or profits
• We are not responsible for client decisions or outcomes

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to indemnify Booking Butler Ltd against any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Misuse of the service
• Unlawful communications
• Failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations

All intellectual property rights in ReturnLoop, including software, branding, and content, remain the property of Booking Butler Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service without prior written permission.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
